I was born on 30 of August 1944 in then town Byala Slatina, county of Vratsa. I come from old craftsman family—pottery makers. I have been engaged in pottery for 30 years. I possess 2—storey solid house. The first floor of the house is a ceramic workshop, which has area of 100 m². I possess also a 1560 m² yard, which is not built up. They are my property and I have the needed juridical documents. This property is situated 1 km. outside the town, behid then town stadium and near the road. There aren`t other buildings in the neighborhood, and there aren`t constructions on the estates nearby. To improve this production activity in all repects I offer my possession to a foreigh investor. The same can rent and use this property to carry out activity, which he thinks proper, und he can use my assistance in his activity.
